Custom Made Items & Change of Mind
Because every piece of Golflands art is custom printed and framed to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for a change of mind.
Artwork Accuracy & Disclaimers
We take great pride in our designs and make every effort to ensure our golf course maps are true to the course. However, golf courses frequently undergo renovations, and tee distances or hole layouts can change over time. Our artwork is meticulously created based on the best public information available at the time of design. As such, we cannot accept liability or offer returns/refunds for any minor inaccuracies, changes to the course layout, yardages, or routing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our printing and framing. If your order arrives damaged in transit, has a manufacturing fault, or is not the piece you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your delivery.
How to Report an Issue
To report a damaged or faulty item, please email us at golflands.art@gmail.com and include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the damage, fault, or incorrect item
A brief description of the issue
Resolution
Once we receive and verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement to be manufactured and shipped to you at no additional cost, or we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
